About our Library
In November 2007, the CRRMH Library was named the John Hoskin Library to formally recognise Dr John Hoskin’s donation of resources to the library and the contributions he made to the Centre.
John Hoskin holds a significant affiliation with the CRRMH as he played a major role in initiating its concept.
The Library specifically provides information and publications relevant to rural and remote mental health and is available for health professionals employed through the Western NSW Local Health District, university students, patients, carers and members of the public.
The Library also includes the Bloomfield Hospital library collection and resources from the University of Newcastle.
The library provides a number of services and resources to University of Newcastle and Western NSW Local Health District staff, visit the CRRMH library LibGuide for more information.
