The 2017 Glove Box Guide to Mental Health is produced in partnership by The Centre for Rural and Remote Mental Health (CRRMH), the Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP) and The Land.  Last October we launched the sixth edition.

The Guide includes stories, tips, and information about services to help connect rural communities and encourage conversations about mental health. The guide aims to be a helpful source of information, pointing rural people to places they can seek help.

If you haven’t had the opportunity to read the guide, please click here to see the online version or email ramhp@newcastle.edu.au to order your copy.
