Flood Support
Natural disasters can have a big impact on those affected but there are things you can do to take care of yourself and your mental health, particularly after the immediate threat of danger has passed. You may start to notice your mental health and wellbeing has been affected.
The Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP) links people to appropriate mental health support through training workplace and community members to recognise and provide support to someone who they think may be experiencing a mental health problem.
