We-Yarn – Quirindi

We-Yarn is a 4-5 hour interactive training program, with an emphasis on holistic health and wellbeing. The workshop provides tips on improving your health; as well as information on how to recognise and help others who may be experiencing poor social and emotional wellbeing or who may be at risk of suicide.
