Febfast is HERE but what is this campaign actually about and why is it good for our wellbeing.
Febfast (pause for a cause) encourages us to focus for a month on changing a habit while also raising money for a cause.
If you register with the program you can get a 4 week program, or you could even keep track of your own progress in a diary at home.
Think about how changing this habit makes you feel. Are you feeling more energetic? Are you sleeping better?
