Community Advisory Committee

The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is made up of a variety of professionals representative of our various stakeholders who provide advice to the Centre for Rural and Remote Mental Health’s Director on all matters relating to the mission, goals and objectives of the CRRMH, including:

  • Academic programs and educational initiatives relevant to the CRRMH’s profile;
  • Cooperative research and consultancy opportunities directly relevant to health professionals, community organisations and industry;
  • Improvement in the quality of education and research provided by the CRRMH;
  • Methods of seeking donations, sponsorship and bequests to augment CRRMH’s activities, and;
  • The enhancement of the CRRMH’s corporate image within rural communities.

The CAC meets four times a year at the CRRMH in Orange.
