Expression of Interest – Two positions

The Centre for Rural and Remote Mental Health (CRRMH) is seeking expressions of interest from people who are passionate about rural wellbeing and enjoy working in a dynamic but collaborative environment. These positions will be integral to the management of the Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP) until 30 June 2021.

Secondment, flexible conditions, and packages may be negotiable for the right applicants. Extension of these contracts may be possible but is subject to performance in the role and availability of NSW Government funding.

Manager, Programs and Services (Maternity leave)

As part of the CRRMH Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the design, delivery and effectiveness of the RAMHP Program, ensuring it achieves its objectives. Key to your success will be your strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of the Australian mental health system. Drawing on your past experience, you will embrace opportunities to demonstrate your ability to think strategically, anticipate and manage risks to continually ensure that RAMHP responds to the mental health needs of our rural communities. This role will involve regular management and communication with a diverse range of stakeholders (LHD Executives, NGOs, government agencies, industry bodies as well as internal team members), so your influencing and interpersonal skills will be at the fore.

Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP) Team Leader

You will be focused on providing operational support and management to our diverse team of RAMHP Coordinators and their Local Health District Supervisors. Key to your success will be your passion for and experience in managing people, exemplary communication skills and process driven mindset. A strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritise, multi-task and stay organised while remaining flexible and responsive to changing needs of the Program are skills that come naturally to you.
