Contributions from the workplace
Aboriginal Mental Health Workforce Program Reference Group welcomes contributions from the workplace about ways to improve the Aboriginal Mental Health Worker Training Program and to add to the body of knowledge about how best to implement the Training Program. Walk Together, Learn Together, Work Together: A Practical Guide for the Training of Aboriginal Mental Health Professionals in New South Wales is theresource that guides and supports the Program.
Contributions can be submitted in different forms for inclusion on the website and in updates of the Practical Guide:
- Ways to improve systems or processes by identifying an issue and solution
- Useful templates and other types of supporting documents
- Useful resources, websites, training courses, short courses
- Definitions of key words for the glossary
- Case stories of sound practice in Training Program implementation
- Notification of changes in policies and procedures related to the Training Program
