ROLE OF COMMITTEE
The Committee will be responsible for the overall management of the Centre for Rural and Remote Mental Health with regard to:
- Setting and reviewing priorities in accordance with the aims of the Centre
- Assisting the Director in meeting and maintaining the set performance standards
- Determining priorities for major expenditure
- Ensuring support for CRRMH from rural area health services, and
- Ensuring networks are established and maintained with relevant health professionals, universities, non-government organisations, carers and consumers
